Our restaurant was created to share this passion with the residents of Warsaw, especially those in Mokotów, where we are located. FARMING
IN WARMIA
Our beef comes from one of the most renowned places in Poland – the "Warmia" brand, which has been breeding top-quality meat since 1988. Collaboration with this exceptional place guarantees not only excellent meat quality but also care for the environment and sustainable development.
The main headquarters and farm are located on the vast, fragrant meadows of Warmia. It is there, surrounded by nature, that beef with exceptional flavor qualities is produced. Every stage of production – from breeding to processing and delivery to our restaurant – undergoes strict quality controls. The meat comes exclusively from trusted suppliers and our own farm, allowing us to maintain full control over its quality.
